This licensing falls under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), which aims to regulate crypto assets across the European Union.
The licence allows Unlimit Crypto to operate within a regulated framework, potentially enhancing its credibility and expanding its service offerings in the growing crypto market. As regulatory pressures increase in the crypto sector, companies that secure licenses can position themselves as trusted entities among consumers and institutional clients alike.
